Non-Disclosure
Agreement

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), also known as a Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA), is a legal contract between Dartmouth College and external parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share for certain purposes but wish to restrict access to or by third parties.

It is a contract through which the parties agree not to disclose information covered by the agreement.

Please consult with the Dartmouth Technology Transfer Office if you need a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Investigators may not sign NDAs on behalf of The Trustees of Dartmouth College.
